Castle Brewery

Castle Brewery is the region’s only castle-based brewery. Yes, that’s right – the brewery is a castle. As a NYS farm brewery Storybrook Hollow uses the best locally grown ingredients from across the Hudson Valley to bring you a tantalizing variety of charmingly old fashioned beers and ciders. These small batch artisan creations, combining ancient recipes with modern eco-conscious technology, are all finished with a delightfully tongue-in-cheek fairy tale twist. Even the bar itself is part of the experience, as our castle boasts a rustic stone tavern affectionately known as the Fuggly Duckling (named for the “fuggle”, a distinctive brewing hop). The castle hosts a series of holiday-themed experiences throughout the year and is available for bookings of weddings, showers, birthdays, and other special events.  So stop by the castle tavern and grab a tankard of our finest ale…it’ll be an experience fit for a king.
