Left Bank Ciders makes small-batch hard ciders and meads that reflect the agricultural and ecological landscapes of the Hudson Valley and the Catskill Mountains. We like to hand-pick and forage as much fruit as possible but also love to support local farms, with 100% of our ingredients coming from New York State.
