West Kill Brewing

We have fun brewing beers that are as fascinating in origin as they are delicious. A 127-acre family farm transformed into a brewhouse & tasting room.

Nestled on a historic 127-acre dairy farm, West Kill Brewing is deeply inspired by the remarkable land it calls home. We craft our beers with locally grown and foraged ingredients, blending a passion for brewing with a love for history. Our creations include beers brewed with maple sap boiled in our wood-fired evaporator, honey from our own hives, cherries from our orchard, creeping thyme from our fields, and yeast cultivated from the Spruceton Valley. Whether it's a foraged funky ale, a crisp balanced lager, or a heavily hopped IPA, our pristine mountain water highlights the natural beauty of this place. Welcome to West Kill Brewing.
