Trotwood Restaurant is located at the historic Glen Falls House hotel on 47 pristine acres of hiking and mountain biking trails, dotted with serene waterfalls, and many natural points of interest.

Trotwood is a restaurant that focuses on hyperseasonal produce and products. We pride ourselves on adapating to the ever changing seasons and bringing whats best in the moment to the plate.

Some of Trotwood's dedicated farming and distribution partners include Bulich Creekside Farm in South Cairo, Stoneledge Farm in South Cairo, Lime Kiln Farm in Coxsackie, Palatine Cheese in Nelliston, and Hudson Valley Harvest out of Kingston.
