Efrén Hernández, an award-winning chef and 2024/2025 James Beard nominee, leads the kitchens at Casa Susanna and Rivertown Tavern, where he combines his technical expertise with his Mexican heritage to tell a story inspired by the Hudson Valley.
Jocelyn Ueng is a Taiwanese-Chinese American chef whose cooking is shaped by her travels to 45+ countries and a global perspective on food. She focuses on micro-seasonality, foraging, fermentation, and preservation — exploring their deep connection to our ecosystems, bodies, and planet. Jocelyn has cooked at acclaimed restaurants like The French Laundry, Satoyama Jujo, and Noma. She is currently developing her own restaurant, set to open in Spring 2026.
