Maple Festival
Experience a taste of the sweet world of maple sugaring at CCE’s Agroforestry Resource Center. This event will provide participants with the opportunity to tour our sugar shack, see a demonstration of tree tapping, and taste fresh sap. If you want to dive in deeper, sign up for the educational session offered in the afternoon. Visit with Taste NY staff and local vendors to purchase all things maple.
