Maple Sugaring, from past to present

Join us at CCE Columbia Greene’s Agroforestry Resource Center for an exciting exploration of the world of maple. CCE staff will guide participants through a journey from historical maple sugaring practices to modern techniques. Learn how sap is collected today, see maple processing equipment in action, taste sap straight from the tree, and take home your own tapping kit.
