Hudson House Distillery operates from the cellar of a former monastery, where tradition meets precision. Their custom-made German Kothe stills and water from an ancient onsite artesian well—fed by a Catskill aquifer and filtered through limestone—create a naturally soft, mineral-rich base for their craft spirits.
Monarch & Lily offers organic, herbal skincare handcrafted in the heart of the Catskill Mountains—pure, nature-inspired, and made with care.
