- Check-in: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM in the Schoharie Room (Main Lodge)
- Flag Parade & Photo Shoot: 12:00 PM at the top of the racecourse
- Dinner & Awards Ceremony: 4:00 PM at Van Winkle Restaurant (CASH bar)
Important Notes:
- No day-of registration – sign up in advance!
- Open to club members, chefs, restaurateurs, hospitality professionals, and friends.
- Teams must include four racers with a chef or restaurateur as captain.
- Racers must wear a chef’s coat/bib, provided by the Chefs Ski Club with a $30 refundable deposit (except for juniors).
