Windham Mountain Bike Park has permanently closed, but there is no shortage of trail discovery to be had in the region! Just two miles east of downtown Windham, the well-marked Elm Ridge Trails are built specifically for mountain bikers, though all are welcome. The miles and miles of scenic trails on state-owned and protected Catskill Preserve Wild Forest offer something for everyone, from seasoned mountain bikers to those just getting started.
The Great Northern Catskills is home to six recognized mountain biking networks covering over 120 miles.
