Town Historian Michael Rausch returns for the third and final installment of History & Cocktails in 2025! Michael will present a slideshow of historical photographs, showcasing Coxsackie’s rich history as a river town from the late 19th century through the 20th. Alongside the visuals, he’ll share fascinating stories of the past. Best of all, all proceeds from Michael’s talk will be donated to the newly formed Coxsackie Historical Society. Part three dives into Coxsackie’s origin story, exploring its earliest architectural sites, indigenous peoples, settlements, and even the history behind its name.
