Northern Spy Reading Series - Marie-Helene Bertino & Ted Dodson

Another outstanding pair of readers is lined up. Marie-Helene Bertino is the acclaimed author of Beautyland, a National Book Critics Circle Finalist and a New York Times Notable Book of the Year. She currently serves as the Ritvo-Slifka Writer-in-Residence at Yale University. Her second short story collection, Exit Zero, is set for release in April 2025.
Ted Dodson is the author of An Orange (Pioneer Works / Wonder, 2021) and co-translator of Death at the Very Touch / The Cold by Jaime Saenz (Action Books, forthcoming 2025). He is a contributing editor at BOMB, an editor-at-large for Futurepoem, and a former editor of The Poetry Project Newsletter.
